Sale Terms & Conditions: All sale orders must be paid in full, with all order details communicated to the Elizabeth Eakins Studio by October 16. All sales are FINAL – no returns, exchanges or credits.
This sale is available exclusively to-the-trade.
All images on our website show how the rug design is woven – (width is horizontal, length is vertical.) Please review carefully to ensure your dimensions and pattern direction are correct before ordering.
Annual Sale purchases are subject to applicable sales tax based on the final ship-to address. Unlike standard trade orders, the Annual Sale is managed through a separate transaction process to accommodate the significant volume of transactions, and as a result, resale tax exemptions cannot be accommodated.
Rug samples are available at no cost to interior design trade professionals with registered accounts through Elizabeth Eakins / Holland & Sherry Showrooms.

Elizabeth’s Cloth SALE lead time: Rugs will be ready to ship from our Connecticut Studio mid-to-end of February.
No design customization is offered for sale orders. Clients will receive a CAD for the order and all rugs will be woven to the standard design layout, scale and color.
Teff, Belden, & Cotton SALE lead time: Rugs will be ready to ship from our Connecticut Studio mid-to-end of April.
All Cotton, Belden, & Teff rugs will be finished with a blind or reversible hem on all 4 sides. We will be ordering large blankets and cutting multiple orders from a single blanket, so binding on top & bottom only will NOT be available. Binding style & binding color must be selected upon placing the order. No design customization is offered for sale orders.
Additional Charges: Woven-to-Order Sale pricing is inclusive of finishing, but does not include rug pad, fibershield, local delivery, or freight to your receiver.
Durahold or Non-Skid Rug Pad: $3.00 / sqft
Fibershield: $2.50 / sqft
Latex Backing for stair or wall-to-wall installation: $5.00 / sqft
Shipping: Elizabeth Eakins offers white glove delivery and spread to client residences in NY, NJ, CT, & MA. Outside our immediate area, all finished rugs will be shipped via freight delivery to a receiving warehouse. Shipping address must be provided at the time of order. We do not ship to residences outside of our immediate area.
Storage: We understand there are numerous issues that can delay installation. Once a rug is completed, we will store it in our warehouse for 30 days gratis. If a rug is stored in our warehouse over 30 days, we will charge a monthly storage fee of $750 per rug until the rug ships. Storage fees will need to be paid before releasing the rug to ship.
